Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Online Resource….

As part of another course during my studies of my Bachelor of Education, we were enlightened by an online resource that is available for teachers to utilise to extend upon their own knowledge of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture as well as within our unit plans as part of the strands within the Australian Curriculum. The website National Musuem Australia outlines information about the Aboriginal History, art and artefacts and much more to expand our own teach pedagogy in relation to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture. It certainly has made me feel more confident that this online resource is available to support us as a teaching tool in the classroom.
